It became my favorite place to stay in Asheville.

The continental breakfast was rich and included fresh fruit, toast, cereals, cookies and omelet, everything was great...

Everything was simply great. The airport was 16 miles away from here, excellent location.

The staff we met were disappointing.

Everything was immaculate, but we stayed for 4 nights only. We spent a thoroughly enjoyable time here, exceptional location and staff. Incredible view of castle. Pool was very clean and there was a beautiful restaurant on site.

Exquisite rooms, extremely great staff, top location. Absolutely fantastic breakfast, excellent service. Bars and restaurants were located walking distance to the hotel. Downstairs bar with local drinks.

Amazing location, consistently courteous staff, lots of food for the continental breakfast. I loved the very comfy bed in my king room. Within walking distance of the excellent beach. The stay at this exclusive hotel was a quite comfortable one.

Wonderful relaxing place, informative staff, outstanding views. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Besides, the area was commercial, next to grove arcade.

Booked it for 1 day and had a very lovely experience. Staff were DEDICATED and we liked our being there. Exceptional and exceptional food. Exceptional location close to everything. .

Hotel is brand new, I loved superb service and staff. The property is in the pretty comfortable zone. Easy check in and late check out. Need to point that free WiFi was ok, you can use it throughout the property.

I loved it, terrific place. Huge big size room with a spacious bathroom. Super location, exceptional services and good bed. I found fabulous Zambra restaurant just a walk down to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

Staff were PLEASANT and location was great. Room had good choice of facilities, including central heating, a personal safe and TV. 10 mins walk to the center.

the venue provided cafe in the lobby. it was nice to be upgraded at no charge to a suite. valet is the best ever! river arts district is worth seeing. really loved the night bar.
